The lessons of this life now behind it, death is the rebirth of the spirit into a whole new experience, the next step on the soul’s journey. What is it to be the one who sits in vigil with the dying? What is it like to be the one chosen by the dying to help them cross the bridge? What might you expect? During class, we will have a guided meditation to meet with an ancestor or beloved. You may wish to bring a blanket or something cozy to be comfortable for the meditation Handout is included. Taught by: Kassia Morgan. Last date to register: Oct 22.
